At the request of my friend Cara, here are some ways you can incorporate more coconut oil into your life!
-add it into a protein shake
-use it in baking in place of other oils
-spread it on a piece of toast
-add it in your hot cereal such as oatmeal, quinoa, cream of wheat, etc.
-sautee your vege's in it
-cook your meat in a little bit
-add it to a grain such as brown rice, couscous, pasta,etc
-put it in your tea or coffee
-moisturize your skin: apply directly or add in a bath
-use on hair
-can be used as a personal lubricant
As you can see, the ideas are endless! Be brave and just use it! You can also just eat it off the spoon if you're feeling really crazy!
