Get the Blood Moving!

Metabolic Conditioning Circuit-

Walking Lunge
Alternating Step Up
Prone Cross Toe Touch
Kettlebell Swing- 25lb
Sprints
Single Leg Squat Thrust
Pushups
Static Squat In-and-Out Jump
30 sec interval for each exercise, Repeat at least 3x

I successfully felt like I was gonna pass out and had snot coming out of my nose. All in all it was a great workout. I definitely got some steam out!
