Barbell Split Squat
Split Stance Single Arm Cable Row

Finisher- Leg Matrix
20 bodyweight squats
20 dynamic lunges on alternating legs
20 lunge jumps
20 jump squats

My legs are pretty famished from all of last week and yesterday's run, however, I believe movement is the best medicine. Energy follows movement so that's exactly what I'm going to do!
