Experience the Best Teacher

Just get out there and live it up. Life is simply there to be lived. We are all teachers, we are all students, we are all reflections, we are all mirrors. Some of us do not have degrees and that is certainly ok. To live life we really don't need a degree. Just the desire to live, that is all.

OSHO on Energy

Energy is needed, and energy is always beautiful. If you don't know how to use it, it becomes ugly; then it goes on running astray. The energy has to go higher. Sex is the lowest center of your being -- but that is not all: you have seven centers of your being. As the energy moves upwards, if you know the key how to release it upwards, as it moves from one center to another, you feel so many transformations. When the energy comes to the heart chakra, to the center of the heart, you become so full of love you become love. When the energy comes to the third-eye center you become consciousness, awareness. When the energy comes to the last chakra, sahasrar, you bloom, you flower, your tree of life has come to a fulfillment: you become a Buddha. But the energy is the same. Don't condemn; don't suppress. Transform. Be more understanding, alert; only then will you be able to enter in totality.

Do it with LOVE

Whatever you are doing, Do it with LOVE. Whatever you are thinking, Do it with LOVE. Whatever you are embracing, do it with LOVE. Whoever you are engaging with, Do it with LOVE.

See how amazing your life becomes when you act from a place of LOVE. There is no boundary, no rule, no law, no limit, no ceiling, no cut off point. LOVE is timeless and infinite.

What Movie are You Living?

Somedays I feel as though I am in a Woody Allen film, other times more like Dune, Alice in Wonderland, The Labrynth, American Beauty, 16 Candles, Vanilla Sky...I have felt like I have been in The Wall, Trainspotting, Kids (for sure), Finding Nemo, Mary Poppins, Menace to Society, and so many more....

The awesome thing is that we ALWAYS have a choice what movie we live in. It can change every day, shoot, you can change it every hour if you want but we always have the freedom to change whatever scene we are in or yell "CUT!"

Now, the thing that I am kind of curious about is who exactly is watching this amazingly wonderful movie????? Hmmm, that is an interesting thing to ponder. Let's marinate in that for a while....

Wow, I did it!

Project Fun!

No matter what you are doing, it CAN be fun. When I change my vantage point, and see everything as simply another adventure it has the capability t turn something 'mundane' or 'stressful' into a world of wonderment. Having fun lightens the load...why on Earth are we taking it all so seriously? Our body interprets it as a stress which then creates rifts throughout your physical body. This in turn affects our mind and spirit as well. So let's just have more fun, stress less, and become a harmonious fun having being.

Project- Engage in something that is fun or engage in something you never thought of as fun but you approach it with a different perspective so it turns out to be fun...BE A KID!

View from the Top

It is pretty amazing to me how certain things we do in life can have the ability to drive us deeper into ourselves, access different parts of ourselves, or let things deep down float up to the surface.
Whether it be a race, a test, new relationship, a deadline for a project, a new job, a backpacking trip around the world, starting a new career...these are the great experiences life offers as a way to truly evolve into a more faceted being. How bad do you want something? How willing are you to literally put your heart and soul into something? Even if you dont know the outcome, are you willing to keep going into the unknown, simply because your passion is so strong?
To me, it's not necessarily these things on the surface that define us as they are not permanent, they are more like vehicles to take you to new heights and depths within your soul...what is integral is the evolution that occurs through these testaments. The freedom and un-attachment that resides in the process of stepping into foreign land and facing fears, staying open to whatever may be regardless of what you want to happen or think should happen.
The essence is that in all of us at all times we have the key to the lock, we just have to access it and trust it. Simply put when we turn inward we open up to the vast universe inside us and thus the expansion to the greater whole emerges. In Yin and Yang theory, Yin becomes Yang and Yang becomes Yin...neither can exist without each other yet they still hold a degree of contrast. The same is true for us. We are all special individuals yet we are all connected, tiny yet oh so vast...

"In the same way that sculptors mold clay into the creation that pleases them, you create by molding Energy. You mold it through your power of focus--by thinking about things, remembering things, and imagining things. You focus the Energy when you speak, when you write, when you listen, when you are silent, when you remember, and when you imagine--you focus it through the projection of thought."

--Esther and Jerry Hicks, Ask and It Is Given
