No matter what you are doing, it CAN be fun. When I change my vantage point, and see everything as simply another adventure it has the capability t turn something 'mundane' or 'stressful' into a world of wonderment. Having fun lightens the load...why on Earth are we taking it all so seriously? Our body interprets it as a stress which then creates rifts throughout your physical body. This in turn affects our mind and spirit as well. So let's just have more fun, stress less, and become a harmonious fun having being.
Project- Engage in something that is fun or engage in something you never thought of as fun but you approach it with a different perspective so it turns out to be fun...BE A KID!
