I call this one pure was meant for breakfast but turned into lunch, I love quinoa due to it's super high protein content, it is from the Andes mtns and is known as the Mother Grain", sounds good to me! It is a also a great source of magnesium and lycine, nice fiber too!
quinoa, a lil almond milk, chopped apple, cinnamon, stevia, and PB!

This was a mid-afternoon meal, yumm!
Greek yogurt, Strawberries, flaxseed!
